Hi, I'm Victoria Bracha, a certified professional chocolatier and the driving force behind VB Fine Chocolates. My global travels, enriched by exquisite dining experiences and a deep appreciation for chocolates, sparked my passion for recreating gourmet delights. Despite savoring numerous luxury and artisanal chocolates, I felt a distinct void that only a personal touch could fill. Hence, I embarked on the journey to craft my unique chocolates.

Drawing from 15 years of experience in the fashion industry—owning, designing, manufacturing, and retailing women's apparel—I approach chocolates akin to fashion collections. Every collection is a tapestry of visual themes and flavor profiles, beautifully molded in either Belgian white or dark chocolate.

My creations often elicit reactions like, "They're too pretty to eat!" But I believe their allure lies in their invitation to indulge. After all, the visual appeal of food amplifies its taste. Having dined in numerous Michelin-starred restaurants, I've been consistently inspired by the artful presentation and unmatched flavors. It's that level of excellence I aim for with my chocolates.
